Capital Holding Group is a real estate investment trust that's recently taken on this new name and felt it was time to update the brand so it befits a company known for its top of the line offerings. We updated the CHG identity from the ground up and designed a new website that better presents the holding activity to the regular visitor, and fulfills the legal needs of the company.

Capital Holding Group is one of the largest local real estate investment companies, and they recently changed the name to better reflect an updated portfolio. The brand was showing signs of age and was visually too heavy, while the client aspired for an understated, contemporary identity.


Our client and us agreed that the new logo should not depart from everything already established, but rather build on it and make it more flexible. We substituted the embossed aesthetic for a flat contemporary style and fresh, subtle gradients. The new symbol represents an updated company, but maintains a connection with the brand's legacy, and it's better suited to answer the demands of modern media.


By using hot foil stamping in gold colour on a thick matte cardboard, we created a business card that makes a strong statement - that Capital Holding Group never cuts corners. For the needs of official correspondence we created custom letterhead and envelope designs.


Capital Holding Group is constantly adding new properties to its portfolio, so we designed template pages that allow employees to quickly upload new entries and also keep the structure consistent. Local regulations require official documents to be added to the website in a timely manner. The website makes uploading, for example, the report from the annual shareholder meeting as easy as it can be - even on a smartphone.


Providing you with a comfortable experience regardless of the device you use requires specific optimisations. Information gets reordered and restructured as needed to remain accesible and legible whether you're on your computer, tablet, or phone.


It was important for the client that we don't cause visitors inconvenience when switching to the new website. Redirecting all users was done seamlessly and they experienced no interruptions.


Since the new stationery and website were delivered, Capital Holding Group entered a new chapter of its development with a brand identity that has the look and feel of its real estate properties.
